You may not use Velatum to upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the service. Velatum reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Data Deletion

Upon account cancellation or deletion, all documents, embeddings, and chat history are permanently deleted within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Velatum is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime or accuracy of AI-generated responses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Velatum operates.
